An all-risk fire department serving the citizens and visitors of South Lake Tahoe with advanced life support emergency medical care, response to fires, rescues, hazardous materials incidents and other calls on land and on the waters of Lake Tahoe.

South lake tahoe fire rescue is A non-transporting agency - Ambulance transport services are provided by our partners at CAL tahoe JPA from a centralized station near the Senior Center in the middle of town.
