Mission

Victorville Fire Department protects 74.01 square miles of the Victor Valley region of San Bernardino County, at the southwestern edge of the Mojave Desert, from five stations. It is a career department providing fire suppression, advanced life support emergency medical services with medic engines, a medic truck, and medic squads, aerial ladder operations, wildland firefighting with Type 3 and Type 6 companies, statewide mutual aid through an OES Type 3 wildland company, and hazardous materials response along the I-15 corridor.
